Gold Warranty
The gold warranty will include coverage of labour and material for the first 25 years, then a further 15 years of material coverage. After the duration of those first 40 years, the warranty will continue to cover 20% of the entire roof for any shingle defects for a further 10 years.
The Gold Pledge warranty MUST include an attic inspection for ventilation and insulation issues (may not be visible during an estimate) and inspection of your wood roof substrate. The product(s) on your roof will include:

coloured metal drip edge to the perimeter

GAF weather blocker starter strip to the perimeter

a minimum of 70 inches of eaves protection to entire roof

top of the line GAF Deck Armor vapour barrier to the remaining exposed roof area

Timberline 50 Year GAF shingles

top of the line Cobra ridge venting system to all horizontal ridges

GAF TimberTex ridge cap shingles, and
-
registration of your 50 year limited warranty.
